Holiday Notice: Nov. 28, Dec. 25, and Jan. 1
In observance of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day, Tutor.com will be closed from 1:00 A.M. EST on November 28, December 25, and January 1 until 1:00 A.M. EST the following day.
Students will still be able to access the self-paced resources they rely on 24/7. We can't wait to help your learners with homework, essays, and exam prep throughout the rest of the fall and winter holiday season!
Temple College, Texas
Temple College partnered with Tutor.com in April 2023. Brian St. Amour, Director of Distance Education and Adjunct Professor of Business and Management/CIS, shared, "After careful research, Tutor.com was found to be a best-in-class service for our students."
The College's program supplements on-campus tutoring, providing on-demand support to students off campus, after school hours, and on weekends.
So, what's the key to the program's success?
St. Amour explained, "This service is promoted via email and [LMS] news items. In addition, our Student Services and faculty are encouraged to promote the service to students. Monthly usage statistics are included in the eLearning monthly board report."
St. Amour encourages other institutions to "focus on student success as a daily practice."
Temple College's Tutor.com program is in service of this goal. One key achievement: a 97.5% student recommendation rate.
